Positive: Real Review: Of all the reviews that I have written for Booking.com (many), I have never been more honored to write a review and advocate for this property and its owners. Loving a place is about that place meeting your expectations. Here is what to expect: This B & B is a small compound with a kitchen, a pool, gardens, located in the middle of 100's of acres for vineyards. 10+/- rooms and some apartments. Daily maid service. Daily breakfast (common to Italy) of pastries, fruits, breads, cooked-to-order eggs, great coffee. Location is the key. It is in the middle of working vineyards. It is at least a mile of country and unpaved roads to get here. You need a car. But when you are here-perfect views, peace, quiet, vineyard roads to walk, birds to watch, you are more likely to encounter a tractor than a car. The hotel is near the top of a hill, with the million-dollar views in very direction! (In my opinion, the views and wines of Soave are as good or better than those in Tuscany). We are experienced bicycle riders: The hotel arranged for high-quality electric mountain bikes to be delivered, and took care of the paperwork. That magical ride-down country roads, vineyard roads, farm roads, through the rolling hills with views, and through an adjacent small town and past a few wineries could have been one of the most charming bicycle riders of my life! I took morning strolls through the quiet vineyards. The small town of Soave is a 5 minute drive. And many fine restaurants, markets, bars and cultural sites. And this region is not the tourist infested experience that you get in Rome or Florence. The owners also own the surrounding vineyards, and they make 6 different wines, typical to the region. You are offered a glass of wine at check in, and the hotel keeps a very "deep" wine cellar and offers nightly wine tasting.
Negative: More Good Stuff: Some guests interact with hotel owners and staff. Some don't. Its a choice. Many of the posts regarding this hotel mention how fantastic the owners are. Christian and Sara are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They are owners and well as employees. Owners that are firmly committed to their guests having a successful experience, Sara is also 3rd generation from the region. Her connections at local wineries and restaurants are invaluable. Sara is a trained Sommelier. Her wine tastings are very well run and informative, and are done on property in the wine cellar at the hotel. Christian is a Charming host. After just 4 days, we feel as thought we have friends for life! We cooked together, drank wine together, told stories together. Although I am a sample size of one, I simply can not recommend this place highly enough. If we are back in Northern Italy, we will stay here again without hesitation.

Negative: Access by a narrow road but that actually adds to the privacy and quiet.

Positive: Excellent breakfast, super nice room.
Negative: Communication via Bookings didn’t happen. I had to call the property and then we did what’s app. We found the directions should have been more specific as we arrived in total fog and had to rely on imaps.
