Positive: Great location right next to central square and on the VF trail, very clean and spacious, great amenities, and responsive host. Nice breakfast provided by a cafe in the central square. Would recommend.

Positive: Very clean, modern facilities, top quality furnishings and bedding, luxurious bathrobes. Beautiful bathroom. Hosts very friendly.

Negative: 42 stairs to reach room, but this is Italy and to be expected.

Positive: Excellent location in the heart of a quaint Italian town. Parking not an issue at all. Clean room and very comfortable bed. The view from the rooftop patio was absolutely stunning in the evening. Alessandra was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had.

Negative: Unfortunately there was a short power outage in the town which wasn't the fault of this residence. We were somewhat disappointed with the fact there was no hot water the following morning though wasn't sure if that was as a result of something happening with the power outage. Breakfast in the morning was okay. It would have been helpful if there were instructions on how to use the coffee maker. Yoghurt or extra juices in the fridge would also have been appreciated. The baked goods were excellent.

Summary: A great stay in a gem of beautiful Italian town Would highly recommend a visit here!
