Positive: Excellent location on Mt Etna right in the lava field. We were given a money-off voucher for the nearby Rifugio Sapienza restaurant for an evening meal, which was walking distance from the hotel (at the bottom of the cable car up Etna). Very good selection for breakfast. Used the spa - sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (which we had to pay for as we had booked via Booking.com, no charge if booked direct!)
