Summary: We stayed at the Corpo Santo hotel after hearing about it from a pal. She had raved about it, and honestly I thought our high expectations might lead to disappointment. They were met and exceeded. This hotel had the best customer service of any we have stayed. The free walking tour (nice job Anna!) was very well done, moving at a perfect pace with a knowledgeable leader. The rooms were immaculate and the ambient lighting and music in the shower was a nice touch. The location is great and we would highly recommend. Every single touch point showed thought, and we were taken care of at each turn. Don’t miss the ruins in the basement and fun snacks in the lobby!

Summary: The service at the hotel was second to none. From the frequent and plentiful snacks, welcome bottle of wine, complementary breakfast and numerous other perks this hotel stands out as one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. Kudos to the friendly staff and incredible atmosphere.

Summary: This hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I even emailed them before arriving asking about where to take the train and they promptly followed up.

Summary: The service at the hotel was amazing. Not only was the room amazing the amenities were 2nd to none. The lobby was always stocked with drinks and snacks. The concierge was always there to help and the restaurant was excellent. They offered walking tours for free. The location was walking distance to several attractions like Pink St, and Time Out Market.

Summary: I cannot express how incredible my experience was at this hotel. I happened to be here during the blackout in Portugal and the staff worked over time to ensure we had a great experience given the circumstances. Peter, who may have been the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and communicated the very latest wish us. I made several attempts to head to the airport to see if I could fly home and each time they assured us they’d set aside a room at a discounted rate if we were turned away (we were) and they allowed us to return on several occasions. I know exactly where I plan to stay should I visit Lisbon again. I can’t thank the entire staff there enough. Don’t hesitate to book here,

Summary: I would highly recommend this hotel! The facilities and the staff were beyond excellent. The unexpected extras such as water, juices, Easter breads and candies were a special treat. Meals were also excellent. A lovely place to stay.

Summary: The property is very service oriented. Outstanding effort by staff. Room was very nice and clean. Somewhat hip with the mood music and lighting in the bath/shower. Property location is good, within a few blocks of Praca Comercio and Time Out Market and steps to Pink Street. Big kudos as on our final night, Portugal/Spain/France experienced the blackout. With no power and water until about 10:30pm, they provided us with a free meal as no restaurants or supermarkets were open.

Summary: Everyone in their staff is beyond nice! They were super accommodating. Between my husband’s dietary needs, and the way they handled the power outage, their service impeccable! I absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s newly renovated and their location is excellent!

Summary: The staff at this hotel work so hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are so friendly, helpful and informative. We were there during the electricity blackout across Portugal and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and well looked after.
