Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made this accommodation stand out was the incredible level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every detail seemed to have been thought of, and the warmth, attentiveness and professionalism of the service went far beyond what we expected. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you feel that the people genuinely care about making your experience special — and that was certainly the case here. The accommodation itself was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate and exactly what we hoped for, but it was the outstanding hospitality that made our stay so memorable. We left feeling incredibly well looked after and already talking about coming back. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay. An absolutely brilliant experience and genuinely some of the best service we have received. 10/10 — we would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Positive: I loved the intentional features, comfortable luxury and incredible views (we had a shotover view room). The daily replenishment of the mini bar, the pillow menu, the free drink and canapés hour and amenities were amazing. The room was soooo gorgeous and comfortable. The property is truly iconic.
Negative: If I had to nit pick - there was no elevator and the indoor pool would ideally be deeper and warmer.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was excellent and in keeping with the surrounding luxury houses. The dining experience was very enjoyable and the food was excellent. While the property is close to the road, there were zero issues with any noise inside.
Negative: Not much! The lighting in the bathroom could have been slightly better and unfortunately the tap on our balcony bath had frozen given it was the middle of winter. But we made up for it with the onsite hot tub.

Positive: Epitome of resort-style luxury. The quality of finishes, furniture, abundant space for 2 people. Loved the sleep mist and the body and hand wash a well as the moisturiser! Buy it to take home if they have spares at reception. Breakfast was class. Staff were fantastic.

Positive: We had an absolutely incredible stay at Coronet Ridge Resort. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. The scent throughout the property—a beautiful mix of wood fire, cedar and subtle lavender—created such a warm, relaxing feeling and instantly made us feel at home. The views are simply breathtaking. Whether from the gym, restaurant, spa or our room. Our room was luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. The welcome treats and sparkling wine were a lovely touch for our anniversary and the bathroom felt like a private spa retreat.
