Positive: Everything from the moment you arrive the property outside looks like a postcard and the minute you step foot inside the reception you feel this sense of warmth and comfort it is exquisite decor and the staff are above and beyond amazing so friendly and attentive. Our room was gorgeous and spacious we did have the shot over suite which was so comfortable and gorgeous! Loved that we could eat and drink from Mini bar without getting charged exuberant prices it was complimentary. The bath was so gorgeous and spacious to soak in and I could have sat outside on the comfortable outdoor seating looking at the jet oats go by for hours. Such a tranquil and beautiful view!

Negative: The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the path behind our room where you sit and look over shotover river don’t enjoy tradies walking past our room back and fourth.

Summary: Nothing short of amazing! Most beautiful place to stay 10/10

Positive: New, clean, everyone is trying to make the experience a memorable one, plentiful parking

Negative: New property so sometimes attention to detail is lacking. For the price we paid it would have been nice to offer a drink at night or a bottle if something in our room. There were no slippers in one of the rooms till about day 2 of the stay. Menu in the Restaurent is limited. Particularly when children are staying. The bathroom is see through without a privacy curtain or glass. It can make things awkward when trying to defecate and the others are looking right in. Minor issues that will get sorted hopefully

Summary: Fantastic. A nice resort, new, friendly welcoming staff. A few teething issues that will get addressed with time.
