Summary: The location and the staff are the best. The floor in room 31 needs replacing, it was filthy despite being cleaned every day. The door also did not close well. All that being said, I would probably stay there again

Summary: The staff was very kind and accommodating when I complained of noise. They Relocated us very quickly and the new room was outstanding. Quiet and the view was perfect. The housekeeping staff were also kind. Lost Gringos was a fun & happening place Thursday night for the chicken drop. That was a show all in itself.

Summary: All in all an amazing stay! The hotel will arrange a shuttle to get you from the airport for $10 USD. The rooms were clean, AC banging, housekeeping comes in the morning. The pool was refreshing and clean. The Lost Gringos (restaurant/bar in the hotel) has the best customer service hands down with delicious food! The location is steps away from the beach where you can enjoy the hammocks or a massage. The chicken drop was a cool cultural experience. Def recommend & ill be back
