Positive: We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, it's out of the mosh pit which we prefer, be warned though there are lots of thairs which is good to keep you fit.

Positive: Friendly helpful staff, carried our bags to our room and gave us a welcome drink and organised a transfer for us Pool area was nice Slightly out of the main area so a bit quieter but walkable

Negative: Lots of stairs (90 to our room on level 4) - no elevator. Rooms abit dated, had an old smell. Aircon was noisy could do with an upgrade Weak shower pressure

Summary: Ok for short stay but likely wouldn’t return

Positive: The staff at this hotel is beyond excellent. They were very accommodating for everything we needed. They even went above and beyond and surprised my son with a birthday cake and singing on his birthday. They recommended a private "Super Ultimate" island hopping tour that was very well priced and we had a blast. The food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was my favorite. They also prepared to-go breakfast sandwiches for us to take on our boat tour. The pool is clean and there is ample shade and sun.

Negative: The only thing that I can think of to improve is better wifi. You could access websites, but you can't stream anything. I am in good shape, so it didn't bother me, but some people would have trouble with this hotel if they are not used to climbing stairs. This place is like an M.C. Escher drawing with stairs literally everywhere. So, if you aren't into stairs, you might want to go somewhere with elevators and a simpler layout.

Summary: Excellent hotel with wonderful staff.

Positive: Too many stairs to get to my room. The property has no lift. At least two rooms had a strong musty smell, which was quite offensive when entering the room.

Negative: Staff were friendly and helpful.

Positive: Great staff, very helpful. Good central location. Clean. Has a lot of character.

Negative: No lift, although helpful staff will help with luggage, could be awkward for anyone who can’t manage stairs well. Room could do with a bit of refresh, mainly the bathroom, but served us well enough.

Positive: The stuff were really nice The bed sheets were sooo soft!

Negative: The building in general is in bad shape. Every room has its own issues- broken tiles, bathroom door won't close, is in the smoking area, on the 6th floor without an elevator, poor soundproofing... Water pressure was very low, and hot water was not hot enough, with a very noisy electric water heater.

Positive: Friendly staff and very fast service when requested extra towels, etc, Very helpful in booking tours and even went out of the way to book a private fishing tour for our family on a private boat.

Negative: The only thing is their stairs are very, very slick when it rains and there are a lot of them to climb, especially to the penthouse suite. I slipped as if I was on ice and the railing is to high to catch your fall. I slammed right down on my rear end and went all the way down like on a slide. They need to put sand paper strips down on those stairs, somebody is going to get hurt real bad I am afraid. I am 62 years old and I almost broke my pelvis and that would have cut my vacation right then and there. Be very careful if they haven't fixed it and it rains, you could have a very bad experience worse than what I went through and be wheeled out an a very bad way if you know what I mean?
