Positive: We loved the comfy, homey feel of the beach house and it was very clean and spacious. The view can't be beat! The hot tub was awesome and everything we could ever need was stocked in the kitchen. The bed in the master was SO comfortable!

Negative: My only complaint is that the grates on the grill were dirty and rusted, so we weren't able to use it.

Positive: Gorgeous location and short drive to Oregon State Parks for beach access.

Negative: Grab bar on front porch and by each shower needed.

Summary: We had a wonderful time beach-walking, playing table games and watching the waves.

Positive: Hi!! We LOVED the location and the view. Unfortunately direct beach access would have been a game changer. We also noticed the home is incredibly outdated on the inside. Trim is missing/falling off, the skylight above the guest bathroom was leaking (which was reported immediately and three different people told me different stuff) and the shower heads need serious work. While we enjoyed our stay, there is a lot of issues a small investment could correct. The pans were so messed up that you couldn’t hardly cook on them, and there were ants the entire time we were there. We kept everything in sandwich bags and in the fridge the whole stay because ants would crawl on you just sitting on the couch. Things weren’t cleaned great, and the bedside tables were sticky. I definitely think this place could be INCREDIBLE if worked on, I wouldn’t book here again due to this.

Positive: We loved the place. it had everything we need. Hot tub was great, view we wonderful. Bed was comfortable, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: Fantastic location! Everything you need for an extended stay is there at the property.

Negative: The roof was leaking while we were there in several spots. The shower sprays all over the place. The hot tub wasn’t working. I was given 105 for the hot tub not working. I was promised 30% back for the leaking roof and the moldy walls which would have been 288 but they only gave me 95 dollars. That’s ok use the money to fix the roof and shower.
