Summary: Excellent pool and spa facilities. Comfy bedding. Showers themselves in the room could have been better (tiny shower head, poor pressure, limited coverage from water splashing outside shower). But the overall hotel more than made up for it. Staff is lovely.

Summary: First room was too hot as they don’t have working ac but was moved to a different room and was great Spa is very nice and if you pay for the extra club level you get free drinks and snacks make sure you talk to Herman he is a legend

Summary: The hotel is historic and is nicely renovated. My room, a deluxe category room, was well appointed and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was disappointed that the room overlooked an interior atrium and did not have a view to the outside or access to natural light. Given the layout of the hotel, this seems to be the case for a majority of the rooms. The furnishings showed a bit of wear. I felt the service was a bit cold and impersonal, probably a result of being such a big hotel.
