Summary: The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous! The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower.

Summary: Everything was so nice. Convenient location and the staff is warm, welcoming and they always were there for us to help in anything we needed. Breakfast is well served! Maybe it was us getting used to the altitude but we just had little trouble sleeping on the bed.
