Summary: The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walking distance from Kea Farm Market, which makes it convenient for morning strolls and easy access to local produce and snacks. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, especially during the day, offering a true feel of the Cameron Highlands experience. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we noticed that the mugs in our room had visible stains, which was quite disappointing. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the stained mugs were not replaced or cleaned, indicating a lack of attention to basic hygiene and room upkeep. For the price paid, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness and service. Overall, while the location is definitely a plus, the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Summary: The apartment is very old. The master bedroom has not hot water, the pillows are moldy inside and there are hairs under the blanket. No slippers in room. Other amenities are rusty and old. Dishes and cups are all dirty. Food is cheap but it just tastes ok, not very good. This is the first time I saw a hotel using ticket counter to check-in which made me feel like I was in a hospital waiting for my turn, no hospitality at all. At 5AM, there was some loud music waking my parents up, no sound proof at all. Cleanliness is the worst.

Summary: Great location with good scenery. Staff are both attentive and friendly. Place is a bit old, should consider cleaning the patio by the restaurant as it was dirty and slippery. We availed the breakfast and it was very good. I’ll recommend this place for anyone who considers it.

Summary: Loved the comfortable bed, basement parking, heated pool, gym facilities and the water dispensers located on each floor. Location is good too as it's within walking distance to Kea Farm. Many thanks to the kind and hospitable staff, they were so pleasant from check-in till check-out!

Summary: Overall the location was good, just the it is rather old hotel which has lots of flies in the toilet, everything will need a refresh of the entire hotel. Does not look to me a 4* hotel

Summary: The property is very dated and somewhat run down with limited options all round. Sadly the area in general was not what we expected, heavily littered and spoiled by aggressive polytunnel farming and mining. Not the hotels fault of course but perhaps the reason for underinvestment in maintenance. We checked out early.

Summary: The property is older and has mould and bugs which are hard to ignore. We liked having the fridge, kettle and large space but the fridge was not cleaned well and I feared setting things down on the bottom. Our room was at the end of the building (quieter) but the wifi did not reach to connect. We had suggested drivers from the hotel cancel on us and little help from the front desk on options. The location is good for walking to certain destinations, but it also feels far at the same time. We would try another place next time.
