Summary: Had some issues with the coffee makers. Owners had it solved within a few hours. Easy to communicate with, very easy to check in. Great location for us. Kids had a blast with the bunk beds. Kitchen was perfect for our family of 4 for breakfast and dinners on a ski trip. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: This was a a nice basic condo. Had everything we needed area was quiet and safe. Was a bit of a drive to Banff and lake Louise but being just off the highway the drive wasn’t too bad.

Summary: The instructions regarding parking was not up to date. The front desk does not register your vehicle license plate. The parking pass was not on the desk in the unit. The refrigerator had food from previous tenant. Very nice unit and very comfortable and quiet.

Summary: room is clean and comfortable. However, the sofa bed was broken, even it was fixed, but, that is not a good experience after a late check in. When you are tired, but, still need to address it with the owner. This kind situation should checked by owner before guests check in.
