Positive: Location only 1.5 miles from Elgin. Easy access just off main road. Lovely peaceful setting. Ron and Catherine are the best hosts you could wish for, nothing is too much bother. Just make sure you have an appetite for the wonderful breakfast.

Positive: The property is outstanding, a very quaint and cozy house, surrounded by nature, flowers, beautiful trees. The hosts are very nice and friendly, we felt at home right away (thanks to their sweet dog, too!). The room is spacious, the bed very comfortable, every detail is perfect. Nice large bathroom, everything is spotless. Breakfast was superb! From granola to fruits and pastries, to a wonderful full Scottish breakfast, all kind of beverages… We had an amazing stay and highly recommend Copper Beeches!

Positive: Christine and her husband are new to hosting and they are off to a flying start. Everything about this stay was wonderful. Their home is a gorgeous oasis hidden in the trees and the rooms are more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. The attention to detail was excellent with lovely little touches such as free snacks in the room and home made tablet. The breakfast was a feast with fresh fruit, warm pastries and the most delicious home made cheesy french toast (other options are available!). I would not hesitate to stay again and wish them every luck in their new venture.
Negative: Really nothing, everything was exceptional.

Positive: Stunning,set in beautiful grounds , our room was fabulous, Catherine and Ron made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble,it’s a gorgeous place to stay ♥️ Harris the cockapoo is a delight I can’t recommend Copper Beeches enough, also the food is delicious, homemade mince and tatties , lovely vegetarian quiche and divine cheesecake and the breakfast are great too, so much choice

Positive: Beautiful house and gardens, greeted enthusiastically by Harris the dog and the hens! Very welcoming friendly hosts, comfortable bed in a large lovely decorated room with tea, coffees and thoughtful homemade treats. Light and airy bathroom with toiletries provided, fresh towels. Fabulous fresh high quality breakfast overlooking the secluded garden. Highly recommended.
