Positive: Lovely location. Gorgeous spacious house. Straightforward and clean. Lovely for cycling
Negative: Only issue was the lack of response from the company managing the property. I sent a total of 7 messages through booking.com and got 0 repkies I tried their phone line twice and was left ton hold until I gave up. This left me worried as I didn't know how to get in and if they had received my message about arriving later than planned. Fortunately I had missed an email with all the necessary details and it went smoothly. But it woukd have been nice to get answers or to speak to someone

Negative: Avery spacious house that needed a bit of an uplift. Great location. Views spectacular. Overall a nice place to stay. Not much in the village but plenty of other places to explore.

Positive: The layout of the house is ideal for a large group with penty of space and is well equipped. The sofas and beds are comfortable. 3 of the bedrooms have en suites, with a further 2 bathrooms. A utility room with washer and dryer. A number of extra folding chairs to add to the dining set of 6 chairs, or to use outside. The garden is large with fabulous views. It only takes 20 minutes to walk down into Goleen. The heating works very well, if required.
Negative: The odour of sceptic tank drain from the ground floor master ensuite. The filters in the extractor fan are old and furry with grease, they need to be changed ASAP.

Positive: Location was very good. Ideal place for pets and pet lovers. Rooms were spacious with good amenities. Bathroom needs to be improved drastically. Leaky taps and crooked commodes needs to be replaced / repaired
Negative: Food can be improved a bit. Ala carte option / Buffet should be given to the customer and not enforced. Pet food was never received on time though Rs. 1000 per day was charged.
