Positive: Beautiful location with excellent service and very courteous staff.

Negative: The food at the speciality coastal restaurant was not good. The way it was served was also very poor with food dripping over the dishes and the servers were unaware about serving spoons. They did not serve the food; just placed it in front of the guests!!

Summary: This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views. Very relaxing and a great place to unwind!

Positive: It was an excellent experience and service. The place is very beautiful, and the ambience and other facilities are in great condition, they have maintained everything very well. However, one thing that needs improvement is the menu for dinner and lunch. I noticed there weren’t many items, and the options felt quite average for such a great 5-star resort. Regarding service, it was more than expected. Mr. Mohammed Faraz, Ms. Sruthi Shylaja, and all the other staff, including the cleaning team and the staff at Haba Restaurant, were very polite and helpful. Even the manager was attentive and genuinely concerned about the service quality. They took care of everything very well. I would just like to suggest focusing more on improving the lunch and dinner menu. Apart from that, I truly appreciate your service. It’s a solid 9/10, one point less only for the menu. 😊
