Positive: Excellent facility, staff, and food spread. Even the Farm at the hill is superb and well kept by Laxmi and team. FnB deppt is amazing, staff is excellent like Avi and Manish. Buggy system is very well coordinated and proactive.

Negative: Pool should be temperature controlled.

Positive: The location and the calmness of the resort is the biggest highlight for me. The staff was very friendly, the views from the restaurants and common areas were exceptional. I enjoyed the sunset point as well. Food was also good. The spa treatment was also very relaxing and rejuvenating
