Positive: It was a luxurious stay, i loved the rooms and the overall vibe of the property. In the middle of the coffee estate, it was a good stay. The rooms were huge, especially the bathroom were grand. Every time, I would come out, it felt like I was coming out from my private villa with slide doors.

Negative: The sofa bed was bad for the third adult, instead the property could consider a normal bed.

Positive: massive breakfast spread with everything u could ever want. the property looks beautiful, rooms are big and spacious, staff are well trained and the food is well made. enough activities for everyone in the family whether u want to relax in the pool or play some simple adventure games. the rooms are very interesting because the big luxurious rooms are NOT air conditioned, but the rooms are always cool even in summer ! some innovative ecological construction which has been well implemented and i was happy with the provided ceiling fan even though i use AC all the time at home. bathrooms are also very big and kids had a blast during their shower. even their tea time snacks are generous with sandwiches, cakes and masala fried stuff for everyone.

Negative: the only thing was the indoor games are not well maintained. we had a great time playing foosball, but most of the machines have rusty parts and the TT rackets are torn/broken(as usual). otherwise, everything else in this property is great.

Summary: Lovely resort with very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rooms.

However, mosquitoes are present, and the rooms feel slightly over-furnished. Food quality is average.

Negative: - Misleading signage — Entrance boards show parking, but the resort uses only valet parking, causing unnecessary confusion. - Staff coordination problems — Despite submitting all ID proofs a day earlier for three rooms, staff repeatedly questioned room details with an uncomfortable, suspicious tone. - Repeated verification — Even during breakfast, room details were asked twice within minutes, which felt intrusive. - Frequent power cuts — Interruptions were noticeable and affected the stay experience. Bottom line: The property is serene and well-designed, but the staff behaviour and repeated questioning significantly impacted the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this resort based on the service issues.
