Summary: Staff lovely, bed super comfy, great location, short walk to shops and train station. Bus stop across the road at dream world. Lovely pool and grass area.

Summary: Very noisy, being close to road. Wouldn't recommend if you want a good night's sleep. Also, we had 10am departure and were pressured to get out of our room at 9.45. Staff very abrupt and unprofessional. No food options.
