Positive: Everywhere you looked there was history, the staff were attentive to your needs and the food was 1st class. The grounds are absolutely stunning

Negative: Few more tea bags wouldn't have gone amiss and if that's all I can find then they are doing a great job

Positive: The building & decor was beautiful and really up our street. When we arrived the staff were really helpful and friendly and we got an upgrade on our room which was amazing and better than we could have imagined. When we got to our room, it was beautiful and everything we needed for our nights stay.

Negative: The only thing we would comment on was the party that went on until quite late outside our room. It didn't impede our stay as such but it would have been nice to have been told there could be music and noise until late.

Positive: It was a very nice room and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and it had a very nice atmosphere

Negative: The only problem we had was using the shower. The whole bathroom started vibrating when we were trying to have a shower (possiblity due to old pipework?). Wouldn't put me off going again though
