Positive: Good ambience, feeling of opulence. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Breakfast was nice BUT could be improved, specifically only one hot drink machine which was very slow resulting in long queue/wait even at quiet time. For a hotel of that calibre and price surely they could bring tea pots and cups and saucers to the table and would be more in keeping.
