Summary: The staff was nice. Expect stairs. Not good for older travelers. Room was small but comfy. Breakfast was simple. Location was good in terms of neighborhood and city access.

Summary: Very cute old-fashioned lodging house type accommodations in an excellent residential neighborhood; while the bedroom was clean and comfortable the entire place could use an update; shared bathroom and kitchen were OK. Breakfast was reasonable. Perfect for the adventurous budget traveler.

Summary: Easy, clean room, best for just sleeping there. And if you wanna sleep in this isn’t the spot, could hear other guests moving about in the AM hours, not an issue for us as we had to be out the door for 9am. On site parking is a narrow driveway that can fit 3 small vehicles. We were expecting on site parking as listed in description but parked our big pickup truck on the street, thankful we didn’t get a ticket as technically there is no overnight on street parking. Overall good experience.

Summary: Our room very old, including furniture with squeaky bed and chair. FYI, no a/c., but was not needed this time of year, so not a problem for us. Overall it did the trick and there morning spread was nice, although we had other plans so did not partake.

Summary: This is an okay budget option. I was thinking charming vintage aesthetic. I love a good, creaky Victorian! But it is more dingy thrift store aesthetic. Bad 80s decor applied to a Victorian and narrow spaces. I could hear strangers’ every word and breathing at night in adjoining rooms (through locked connecting doors).

Summary: I loved staying here Melissa the housekeeper was super nice, friendly very helpful when she had the whole house very clean always willing to help. The house felt very comfortable and very home feeling love the furniture the vintage feel/vibe. Close enough to the Red Sox Stadium definitely will be back and stay here again. The breakfast was amazing. They always had milk orange juice, granola bars, bagels everything was always clean and on point thank you so much for letting me stay there. I will definitely be back and the bathroom was super nice and clean too and the rooms as well.
