Positive: Location with close proximity to the marina was paramount. Bed was comfortable, kitchen functional, bathroom was clean and nice decor.

Negative: The shower emitted a foul smell when the heater was set on high heat. It seemed to decrease when the heater was set on economy setting.

Positive: Great location as we were working on our boat in the nearby marina. Aircon was excellent! Access to washing machines and dryers was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Would have been nice to have a larger bed but for us the apartment was all we needed.

Summary: Clean and neat with excellent aircon and all we needed.

Positive: It was across from the boatyard where we worked on our boat. The room has a kitchen where we can actually cook food, this was important to us. Air conditioning works great.

Negative: The room is VERY VERY dated. Probably 1970’s. It does have tiles on floor which may have been updated 20 or so years ago. Bed is terrible, mattress saggs to the middle and makes for uncomfortable sleeping of 2 people. No blankets available, only two sheets on bed. I know, I could’ve asked. Although there is a switch in the bathroom to turn on the water heater, the shower was still only lukewarm, and no hot water in sink.

Summary: It was convenient but this room (#3) needs an update urgently.

Positive: The property was in a good location, there was always someone you contact. It was quiet, comfortable and spacious. There was security for the building 24hrs. That makes a lone traveller feel relaxed.

Summary: All of staff was very helpful, kind and friendly, they made you feel welcome.
