Positive: Was a few km off the loop but worth the detour as the road to get there is very beautiful and the hotel itself it nestled right next to the mountains. It's also right next to the Cool Pool Springs which we took a dip in in the morning!

Positive: The bungalows are sort of nice and the location is beautiful, only 5 minutes from the cool pool

Negative: The property had a weird sort of vibe. We arrived on a day that appeared to be a national holiday of some sort. Upon sitting down for dinner we were treated like zoo animals by a table of Laos people who were already in the restaurant. I’m not sure what the accommodation is supposed to be, it has a weird vibe to it which I just couldn’t quite work out The food from the restaurant was okay, nothing special though The cleanliness of the room was not great. The bathrooms were also not very nice. We had mouse dropping in the sink when we arrived.

Summary: Fine for a night, wouldn’t stay longer

Negative: No WiFi. A bit distant to the restaurant.

Positive: A beautiful setting in a remote location, unfortunately the weather turned cold and windy and our stay was frigid, as we just tried to stay warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful by giving us extra blankets , the food was good as well. A nice place when the weather is warmer

Negative: Hot water in the shower was low flow. Other than that there rooms are basic but very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the Karst.
