Positive: A lovely, remote location, was able to accommodate our large family of 14 for my dad's birthday. The fireplaces were wonderful, the living room windows facing north meant we had sun all day, we overall enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Even though it was set on a large rural property, it's fenced off and padlocked from going out of the small property line. We were really looking forward to exploring the land but were disappointed we couldn't go. Some things to consider for improvement - sponge or brush for the kitchen (there was none), a small mirror in each room, somel bbq cleaning utensils.

Negative: Cleanliness. Oven was not clean nor were the pots and pans. Cupboards need a thorough clean and carpets need to be cleaned

Positive: The Location was amazing and the property had really nice views. It had a large dining out area which made meal times really relaxed.

Negative: The furniture was really old, especially the dark blue sofas and the beige sofas in the glass room. They were stained and really of putting. I think for the price being paid for the accommodation the owner should really spend some money to replace them. The place was a little older than the photos show. It could also do with a fire pit.
