Positive: The location was good. The view from upstairs was excellent. Welcome box acceptable - would have preferred cleaning materials rather than chocolate biscuits. Washing machine - usable Tumble dryer is not vented outside so any dampness comes into apartment- unless you open the door.
Negative: Unhelpful owners. No one there on arrival - or on departure. They live on the premises. No cleaning materials for bathroom, or to clean bath. When requested was told to use paper towels. Was referred to Covid cleaning rules - load of nonsense. Scottish regs advice that cleaning materials be left in self catering accommodation. Shower - is a spray on bath and should not be described as a shower. One set of towels each - hand towel and small bath towel. Requested extra towels - received. Hoover had no extension tube. When using oven be careful as it heats up the cupboards on either side to a point of burning hands. Fridge set at freezing temp - food frozen solid 1st night. Mirrors on walls in bedrooms not near plugs for drying hair. No dressing tables. Bedding is well used and not great quality. No small tables in sitting room to place drinks on. Coat hangers in wardrobes are the cheapeast plastic or left by other visitors. Mice deterrent plugs in all sockets - not encouraging. No air drier for hanging clothes. No seating area outside. Garden unexciting with artificial flowers in boxes. The apartment on ground floor level standing on its own - has patio door with 2 windows blown - if there was a view you could not see it. There is a 6-8ft intense hedge round a poorly kept garden. Seating for this apartment has no cushions to sit on. Within the garden space is a shed full of rubbish, bags containing old pillows and bedding, broken chairs and tables. I feel that this property has had very little work done on it over the last 7 years since current owners took it on - new carpets have been laid. I will not be revisiting this property and I and others staying for this last week felt it was not good value for money paid. Morar and surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit, restaurants are plentiful and food is delicious. Mallaig is a must to visit and have some Mallaig prawns at 'The Tea Garden Cafe' a warm welcome and excellent service provided.

Positive: Wonderful flat with everything we needed, great view and very spacious. The location is superb, on a quiet road but very near the village for meals, trains, buses and beaches.
