Positive: We loved how big it is to fit everyone and everyone has own bed to sleep and the stuff there was almost everything provided and near the beach and the host is very responsive.
Negative: there's no inside stairs for the 2nd floor but it doesn't bother us at all.

Positive: The house is lovely, the location fantastic, peaceful and has all anyone could want. Short stroll to the coffee shop, lovely park and the Cooee Bay and Lammermoor beaches.
Negative: Not applicable we loved our stay.

Negative: Small things like the aircon remotes need new batteries in some rooms. The down stairs main aircon stop working.

Positive: the decorating was great, the seperate spaces, bathrooms, beds super comfy, welcoming vibe... perfect place for a big family to stay to attend a wedding. we are already looking for when we can come back and stay!
Negative: there were too many personal items in the bedrooms that made us question if we were meant to be using them. the place is brilliant but things like dirty washing left in the washing basket, the couches were pretty filthy inbetween the cushions and underneath, shoes, childrens items left in beds and surfaces was a bit disappointing. the basic areas were clean like kitchens, bathrooms and floors. more of a FYI if you are paying cleaners to come inbetween guests. also... suggest having a couple of boxes of tissues handy and there were no dish cloths. nothing earth shattering, just nice to haves.
Summary: Didnt want to leave.... ever!
