Positive: It was warm and comfortable. The room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Negative: The stairs. Unfortunately there was no lift to the bedrooms. I understand this may be because it’s an older building but I think it would be worth looking into g into installing one.

Positive: Spacious triple room with lovely calming decor. Excellent breakfast. Location was perfect for trip to EP. Off street parking

Negative: Road noise in bedroom. Staff seemed stressed during dinner service.
