Positive: Beautiful building and furnishings. Enjoyable and tasty breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.

Negative: Hearing the toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms and other sounds. If the hotel were to be refurbished again I would recommend the adjoining room walls be sound proofed. Other than that, it’s a great hotel in a perfect location.

Positive: The property has an interesting and historic history. An outgoing and friendly owner and staff. My room was large and comfortable with everything I needed for an excellent adventure. The breakfast buffet was top with many items to choose from. Including Organic. The pool was cool for hot day's. Location Optimal for exploring Serta and beyond.

Negative: Some helpful suggestions to consider. A mini fridge in room would be a bonus plus small tea kettle. More umbrellas are needed at pool so that guest can get shade from the sun.

Positive: Free parking. Location and silence. Fair breakfast.

Negative: Our room was the historic one, which has an iron railing in the interior. It has moisture issues and smells of mold. Plus, you don't have a view. Outside, it has a white wall two feet from the window. The pool is is very small and is in between walls.
