Summary: The property is a good place if you need it to rest for the night. Although, faucet handles for taps were loose but functional. The yard would have been a nice place to sit outside and gather or let the kids play but it looked very messy with the uncut grass. Downstairs washroom door creaks which wakes people up if being used anytime at night. Other than a few small issues the property is large with lots of room to find your own space to relax. The owner was kind to allow us to check in early as we arrived earlier than originally planned. Overall a great place at the right price.

Summary: We had to buy a flipper, and a frying pan for pancakes. They only had a bowl type frying pan. And there were no plugs for the tub and kitchen sink plus the dishwasher didn’t work. There was no hot water when we arrived, my husband has to light the pilot.

Summary: We needed an affordable place to stay for my nephew's wedding as a large family from out of town, and this served us well. However, the home could use some serious TLC & basic upgrades, and sorely needed yard tending which clearly hadn't been done all summer. The flat screen duct-taped to the wall was next level corner-cutting. The owner was accommodating with a late checkout which we appreciated as a large grounding could leave the home properly clean, but was unresponsive when I tried to reach out later. Strange.

Summary: When I arrived the floors were sticky and they only had a sponge mop and no mop pail. I went and purchased a mop and pail to wash the floor. I left it so hopefully it is used in the future. My sister in law found dirty Kleenex under the clean towels in the bathroom. We all wiped down the cupboard door handles and the fridge door because they were sticky too. When I told the host he apologized and said the previous guests had left a big mess and they didn’t have time to do a perfect job. I said no problem I have everything cleaned up it’s fine. The fridge was missing some of the glass shelves. The bedrooms were clean and so were the bathrooms.The next day we sat down to watch the hockey game the upstairs by the front door wouldn’t turn on. So I messaged the host to ask why it wasn’t turning on and they said “was on before U. I said don’t blame me and he apologized. We were able to move to the downstairs living room to watch the game, so it all worked out I guess. The host eventually thanked me for my patience and understanding. This was my first experience with verbo and I’m not really impressed. I’ll be going back to air b and b.

Summary: Overall it was a nice place to stay at if you’re looking for something spacious. One of the showers we did have a problem with and we were only able to use one shower for 9 people. Some of the faucets knobs were not intact so that made turning the water on a little bit tricky, but overall had a good experience. Host was very helpful but did take a little long to respond. I would recommend this place for a larger group always.

Summary: We rented this place for two one month stays. The first month wasn’t too bad. Place however was dirty when we checked in but everything in the house worked. The second month we came back the house was still not cleaned very well upon check in. Upon check in the washing machine was broken. It took a week for the manager to get us a new one and no compensation was given for us having to use the laundromat. Communication was more than difficult with the property manager and when the washing machine was finally ready to come to the house he was just going to drop it off on the front porch. I sent him a message asking who was going to set it up and told him that we were not responsible for dragging it down stairs, Removing the old machine and installing the new one. He replied staring a plumber would come and hook it up and also fix the bath tub that wasn’t draining And the dishwasher that wasn’t working. Who he ended up sending over as the “plumber” was an elderly weak man and a young man who said he was wasn’t a plumber but a host at a restaurant. They did not have the tools to repair any of the house issues, nor did they have any tools with them. They ended up leaving and did not fix a thing. The next day the host sent people over to the house while we were all at work with zero notice and entered the property. We were not impressed to say the least. I called and reported the host to VRBO. Wouldn’t ever go back
