Summary: The place was clean, decorated beautifully, completely stocked, even had some snacks in the cupboards. Very private. The water pressure was good, water was hot. Rules were simple and defined well. Over all I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again without hesitation.

Summary: Perfect place right outside of Fairbanks. Had everything you needed. A washer and dryer were so nice to have after a long day of travel and before moving on to our next destination. Quiet place to stay. The owners are on property but we rarely saw them. There are two dogs on the property who are so friendly and love to say hello! I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved everything about this VBRO. One of the reasons we booked it was due to the other reviews that shared how clean it was and it absolutely lived up to the expectations. We have kids with dust and pet allergies so this was a big relief. The home is welcoming and had everything we needed from a dream kitchen to very comfortable bedrooms to a spacious, luxurious bathroom. We had a wonderful visit thanks to having such a nice place to stay and we're so grateful to the owners for all the care that they put into this home. We would definitely book again if we ever return to Fairbanks.

Summary: I was very impressed with how clean this property was. Everything was updated and the beds were comfortable. It was a little confusing getting in the first time. I was given instructions of a keypad code to enter, but when I got there the keypad was dead. I couldn’t get ahold of the host either. Eventually I found a physical key that can be used to lock it, but that would’ve been nice to have been notified of that prior to arrival. Otherwise was a fantastic stay!
