Positive: Excellent service and facilities. The staff is helpful and prompt. Parking on site, paid but reasonable cost. Pets accepted.

Negative: The shower head needs replacing.

Positive: Good view and great breakfast.

Negative: Everything was good, except the bed was not good at all. The mattress was sagging and the bed was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at night.

Summary: Overall, Romania is a beautiful country and the hotel by the Danube is very beautiful.

Positive: Do yourself and the local community a favor and pick a local room to rent. Positives. Breakfast was good, neighborhood was nice, walkable restaurants and store, room was clean during check in. Noon check out, breakfast until 11AM, mini fridgeand coffee/tea in room. Reception and wait staff are nice and friendly.

Negative: Negatives. The price was 250% the cost of local rooms available and it was basically for the Danube view only. Pay to park in their lot? (Thankfully free and safe street parking). Housekeeping clearly entered the room and took an empty bottle from a nightstand, did not make the bed, did not clean the bathroom, did not take out the trash. Why did they even go in the room? Bed, and soaps were mediocre. To be honest, for the price difference none of the negatives are worth staying here.
