3 Bedroom House in Paddington, Bardon

Our house is in the leafy, quiet suburb of Bardon!
It’s a short drive to nearby, Paddington, Rosalie Village, Toowong, Wesley Hospital & into the City.
We renovated our home with modern bathrooms, kitchen, downstairs living room & pool, while (hopefully) keeping it in character with a vintage vibe!
The Space ~
Step inside the property along our landscaped front path to an outdoor sitting area, then inside to the entry room.
We love our plants, so you are also greeted to an abundance of greenery (irrigated via our rainwater tank) & this creates a feeling of peace + tranquillity.
There’s 3 bedrooms upstairs…the Master Bedroom has its own ensuite & the Second + Third Bedrooms utilise the main bathroom.
The kitchen is the heart of the house, with bi-fold doors + window opening to the large rear deck & the amazing outlook of mountains in the distance.
Downstairs is a large living area with a massive TV, third bathroom, laundry / washing machine & then onto the pool!
Once again, we kept the greenery surrounding the pool + the seating area & to maximise your time in the pool, there’s 2x huge outdoor umbrellas that can keep you covered from the sun, while you lay in the shallow end & chat.

Summary: The property was fantastic. It made our stay in Brisbane very comfortable. The downstairs lounge, the pool and especially the deck were a highlight. Summary: We decided to stay in this house with our two very young children for a long weekend. It was perfect for us and we loved the deck. It was perfect for playing outdoors. In the evening my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony enjoying the view. The pool was lots of fun and the big step was great for our older one to stand and play. The fact that the door to the stairs closed and locked meant we had peace of mind that the kids couldn't fall down the stairs as they are very steep. The master ensuite felt like a hotel, the rain shower is a luxurious touch. We would definitely recommend others stay here too.
