On a property of 1'400 m2, in a co-ownership of villas, secured by a private gate, villa warm and bright, with a terrace (table for 10 people and plancha gas) and winter garden, swimming pool with swim against the current, sundeck with mattress and lounge furniture under the palm trees.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen open to a large dining table, open fireplace, living room with tété, stereo and a guest WC.
On the half floor we find the master bedroom with a small balcony, queen size bed, integrated bathroom with tub and separate shower, bidet and two sinks.
On the upper floor are an office area with library, giving access to two bedrooms (one with a large terrace overlooking the lake and the Jura), a shower room and a mezzanine equipped with 2 sofas. single bed, piano and
TV.
