Summary: Lovely house, in a quiet cul-de-sac but in a central location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend you rent bikes to take advantage of the fantastic bike routes around Capbreton

Summary: This property is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The house is big and airy. All appliances, beds, furnishings etc are high spec which makes it a lovely experience to stay here. There is a lovely pool and terrace at the property. The location is great, a quiet residential street located close to the village of CapBreton - 10 mins walk. It’s close to the beaches and excellent bike paths. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we loved it even more. The house is clean, practical and everyone loves the pool. It is an short walk to the village of Capbreton and we hired bikes to visit all the local places. We had a relaxing fun family holiday.

Summary: We had a great two weeks stay here with our 3 children (in their 20's). The beaches near are brilliant for surfing, it is just a 10 minute walk into Capbreton centre and it was a good base to visit the Pyrenees, San Sebastian, Biarritz etc. The pool was clean and used everyday! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
