Summary: We were having an event at the Convention Center so the location was prime. The house is furnished with comfy modern furniture and the view was a beautiful tree line with sunset views. Fun things for kids and adults to do in the bonus area downstairs. Hot tub is small but still nice for a couple people at a time. Kitchen was supplied well. Stairs are a big part of moving about this house but the main bedrooms are on the main floor. My only complaint was my bed was really squeaky, even just getting in and rolling over. But really, if that’s my only complaint, it’s no big deal. Still slept comfy. I definitely recommend overall!!

Summary: The overall stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and very well laid out. Nice and clean and lots to do inside. Internet was a major issue. All of the TV’s in the home were Roku but with peak internet speeds of 1.80 mbps you couldn’t watch them. Movie room is as great but there again, wasn’t able to stream movies due to poor internet speeds Once the internet situation gets fixed it would be a top notch place to stay. I will gladly stay here again as it was perfect for some friends to meet up for a car show in town.

Summary: The cabin is very spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The main level rooms lacked space to keep your luggage. However, you do get to enjoy king size beds. The neighborhood seemed peaceful during our stay. I would recommend bringing cooking utensils and salt/pepper if you plan on cooking meals. I would stay here again in the future and I would recommend the cabin to others.

Summary: We have stayed in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the last several years the week before Christmas and while this was a great property to stay at offering several amenities and close proximity to town, we were shocked that there were no Christmas decorations anywhere in the home. There were other things that one would expect to find in a rental that weren’t there either. Such as, no kitchen towels or oven mitts. We went to a local store and purchased some for our stay. There was also no hairdryer. In addition, you are also responsible for taking trash to a compactor at the entrance of the neighborhood. This can be especially nasty if you encounter a leaky garbage bag in your car. Our favorite things were the comfy beds, the great showers, the large spaces to spread out into and we enjoyed cooking on the gas range. Overall, it was a great experience and the management was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for an early Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. It is very convenient to I-40, and had easy parking for our three vans. If you plan to cook, as we did, bring everything...very limited cooking utensils. King beds were nice but left no room for unpacking. Construction going on all around us but wasn’t a problem. Other than that, the theater room and game room were a big hit with the kids, deck was beautiful for enjoying the view, all new appliances worked well, plenty of bathrooms and SEVEN tvs! Management was great! We will definitely revisit!
