Summary: The flat was warm and clean, but in need of some serious dusting in certain places - eg, the bookcase in the corner of the bedroom. Also, there was a serious shortage of cutlery - only 3 knives and forks (although plenty of crockery) There was no coffee- making facility

Summary: If you want to get normal sleep, or to be able to watch tv, dont stay here. Its a fantastic location and a lovely apartment, but you can hear every single movement from the people upstairs. So dont expect to be able to sleep. We may have had an exception, but honestly it seemed like they were moving furniture ALL night. The wifi also doesnt work, so you cant watch tv ( they warn about using the chromecast but you cant without wifi). I contacted the company but no workable solution was given which was disappointing. Its also difficult to find the areas of parking that allows the permits. It has a lovely park access to the back of the property though, which was fantastic for our dogs

Summary: We were pleased with this property. We could walk to everything, including the bridge and the centre, and enjoyed being close to Clifton with its cafés and boutiques. The property is essentially underground but light, dry and warm. There is a Waitrose a short distance away with extended opening hours. My only quibbles would be the choice of cleaning products (organic would be nice) and the small double bed.

Summary: This is the second time I've reviewed. Generally all was OK apart from: 1. The bookcase in the bedroom was covered in dust 2.There were only 3 knives and 3 forks 3. There was no coffee-making facility

Summary: Excellent accommodations! Just be careful if you are 6ft or taller (and clumsy like myself) not to bump your head on the door to the bathroom. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
