Positive: Location and staff, both are great.

Negative: The hotel REALLY needs a modernization, everything looks quite dated. We stayed in one of the best rooms, but the bed wasn't good, made of what seems to be old springs that would shake the whole bed at minimum moves. The windows and doors are not soundproof, hotel is located at downtown so the noise comes directly to the room, people talking loud at hallway, staff cleaning and stuff come right of the door. Curtains were not installed properly, it got quite bright with sunlight. Almost forgot, my ac wasn't working right, it was insanely loud.

Summary: It was ok.

Positive: In general was a nice hotel, with good staf, and excellent location.

Negative: The room was prepared for one person, not two. The bed was small. The breakfast was not excellent. The toilet paper in the bathroom was of poor quality and the room was noisy from the street. Overall, it was a 4-star hotel, not a 5. I have stayed in better 4-star hotels in Juiz de Fora.

Positive: The look and feel of the hotel as you enter is really nice with a great selection of breakfast.

Negative: Wheelchair accessible room isn’t as assessable as can be. I was not able to get my chair into the shower area and the shower controls are too high, as well as the wash basin. The access in the room needs to be improved.

Summary: A nice clean hotel with helpful staff but I’m not sure if I would stay here again due to facilities not being suitable f
