Summary: A fantastic resort. It was beautiful and huge— so much to do on the property. The beach is spectacular and the staff was very attentive. It was a great experience. Junior suite was beautiful and spacious. Food options at the buffets were great as well. Some items like coconut water and ice cream were overpriced, paid 10 euro for a small popsicle, but that’s pretty much my only complaint.

Summary: Poor service quality in the main restaurant. It was hard to make an eye contact to order drinks or wait them to remove the empty plates. Food variety in the main restaurant was good. From quality perspective it could be much better. Seafood was only limited to shrimp and one type of fish (with different sauce) every evening. No other seafood was served and we were in an island. :) Many desserts were served, however typically only one of them was tasty. We were much satisfied with breakfast compared to dinner. Moreover, even our package included the other restaurants, during 5 nights of stay, we were not able to make any reservation in Adam & Eve Restaurant which had the best menu. They were so nice to provide our room much earlier than the regular checkin time. But they did not let us to have the breakfast in the main restaurant which was served as open buffet. Instead they provided us pastry stuff in the bar :) This is a really micro management from cost perspective as a luxurious hotel.

Summary: Lovely 9 night stay here, July 26. Staff overwhelmingly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent facilities, awesome snorkelling off north beach (there are two separate beaches!), free bikes with villa, and regular electric buggies to travel round resort. Giant tortoises on site which you can feed. Pillow menu to help you sleep. Things to note: two of the retaurants are fairly small and get booked up DAYS in advance, so if you want to eat at them you need to be organised (staff helped us get a couple of bookings when I raised the issue) Each room within the villa can only be accessed with the key cards - and twice we were locked out due to battery failures in the lock mechanism - again, promptly sorted by the maintenance team, but more than a mite inconvenient. Padel tennis great fun, but only one court, and again can get fully booked up.

Summary: Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We did notice that bicycle rental was offered at an additional cost, which we personally hadn’t expected for a hotel of this category. The breakfast was generally fine, though in our view it could be further improved to better reflect a 5-star standard, and at times it gave the impression that some items may have been reused from earlier meals.
