Summary: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to China. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a great place to relax after long days of travel and work. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Lily, Quaint G., and Ivy, who were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to help with anything I needed and always did so with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their support made my experience much smoother and far more enjoyable.
