Summary: From phone service, staff on property, restaurants all very friendly and helpful. A staff member was walking past the hallway, sees me with my luggage, comes back to assist me. I was nowhere near him and he came back. That alone shows the incredible employees at The Conrad. As for the amenities top notch, clean and staff around the pool and lagoon are detail oriented.
