Summary: We traveled to Thousand Oaks for an early Christmas celebration with family in CA. The house fit our needs, great space and well thought out items in the house. We were delighted to find a Christmas tree in the living room all trimmed with ornaments and lights. It was beautiful. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond to questions. We’d book again, great experience.

Summary: There was absolutely nothing not to love about our stay here ! Place was clean . Owners were great , when we had a question that came up during our stay it was promptly addressed and tended to . Definitely would stay here again . Our kids loved it and so did we . Loved the small details the owners took to make our stay so special . Definitely would stay here again !

Summary: We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed, the host was always so prompt to respond and the house was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill a few nights and the location of the property was perfect for us. We also enjoyed a quick hike up the hills to see the most beautiful sunset one evening. Highly recommend!

Summary: Thank you so much Joy for hosting us this weekend! The house is so beautiful and extremely comfortable for the 10 of us to stay. Joy was an incredible host and she was so responsive to anything we needed. The house is well equipped with anything we could possibly need! The backyard area is gorgeous and we really enjoyed being able to use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to all my loved ones!

Summary: The place was perfect! Very spacious cute decor . Beds are comfortable . Plenty of space for big groups . Host was responsive and very nice . I would book again in summer so we can enjoy the pool! Oh and I hosted a dinner and there was plenty of silver west and plates that were good quality
