Summary: This is a very cool setup. First time using a place like this. Main issue was low water pressure in the shower. Directv available on the televisions, which was cool. It was easily accessible and the lady handling check-in was very nice. Comfortable place and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely consider this place any time in the KC area.

Summary: Heat was spotty. Unit kept flipping off and could not maintain temperature. No additional blanket, no hangers. No curtains for windows which kept bedroom brightly lit all night. Couches were very difficult to get out of. Additional undisclosed fees. On the other hand, staff was helpful and pleasant. Maintenance serviced heating unit. Overall, I would not stay at this facility again.

Summary: Check-in experience with fabulous, getting into our room, we had the 3bedroom. 2 baths,only paid for 2 bedroom the 3rd remained locked excellent space. The pillows, are at least 30 years old, nothing to them. The 2 couches are at least 35 years old. You slide right out of them. Or can't get out of them, which was funny the carpet is absolutely filthy coming out of the shower, Your feet are black after walking through the apartment. Refrigerator and ice machine fabulous !
