Positive: Walking distance to many restaurants. Near Magog and Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises. Pool and spas were appreciated.
Negative: The futon was not comfortable to sleep on, and we could clearly hear people walking in the room above us.

Positive: The room was spotless and very spacious. Very modern bathroom and the perfect kitchen. So close to Magog and breakfast directly across the street. Pool was amazing and warm, and the jacuzzi's were amazing! Next time we'll bring steaks and use the lovely propane BBQ and picnic tables. I highly recommend this place, it's a great value.
Negative: Two more pillows for sleeping would have been good.
Summary: The perfect place to stay for anyone looking to relax in comfort.

Negative: The cleanliness. Bathroom was not the cleanest, stains on the couch and overall floors look dirty. The futon didn’t open. There was no soap in the restroom.
