Positive: The owner is very nice and helpful. The unit is nicely decorated and mainly clean. There is a swimming pool, ATM and restaurant on site. The location is close to the SM shopping centre. I would definitely recommend this apartment to rent.

Negative: I konw its the Philippines and its warm but there was a lack of bedding, a blanket would have been nice, there wsa only a sheet, no towels, washing up liquid, no soap, shampoo or cleaning products for the toilet. The shower drain is very slow to clear, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Summary: My stay was very pleasant and good value for money.
