Summary: Overall, we had a great stay. However, in the warmer months a working AC would be a requirement---it never worked during my week there and I never saw where an effort was made to offset that inconvenience. The Portable AC units were noisy at times and appeared to have been in place for a while. So I don't understand why I found out about this on the 1st day of my stay. There are only steps to get to and from the unit---which was fine but could present a challenge for some. The beach was great. My only other issue is that the nearby restaurants seemed disorganized. I'd recommend going off the strip or cooking to maintain your beach vibes especially if you have a small party with kids.
