Summary: Overall, it was a nice (but small) unit, and communication with the owner was easy. Check-in and check-out were also seamless. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a coffee pot. The bedroom bed and Murphy bed were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. The VRBO ad for the property needs updating, however. It states that it's an 8-bedroom unit which is obviously incorrect, as it then goes on to describe only 3 bedrooms. In actuality, this is a 1 BR unit with a sofa bed and Murphy bed inthe living room. Also, the photos appear to show two true bedrooms, but if you look closely you will see that they are actually two photos of the same bedroom, with different comforters on the bed. That was definitely misleading. In the end it worked out for my family, but the ad should have been clearer.

Summary: Great location on the beach. The unit was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Eddy was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. We would definitely return. The only hiccup was that it is advertised as a 2 bedroom, but there is actually only 1 bedroom, the other beds are in the living room.

Summary: We enjoyed our week stay. Got there on a Sunday later afternoon , so nobody at the concierge desk. Eddison had communicated what we needed so we could access the apartment. It was clean, had what we needed. Any issues we had, he responded to very promptly. The only thing I could recommend is more things for the beach, like a few more beach towels and blanket. But we had a good week, started most mornings with coffee on the balcony in the sun.

Summary: Perfect stay for me and my sons. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment was well cleaned. Maby that a coffemaker would have been good to invest not only a capsule mashine. I brought with me my coffe, my life :) We will be back next year!

Summary: Fit our needs exactly and was very clean. Looks fairly recently renovated. King bed was very comfortable with a memory foam topper. Pull out couch and Murphy bed were great. Kitchen is a bit cramped but well stocked and spotlessly clean. Would absolutely rent again! Great view too!

Summary: This is a condo unit with multiple owners. The check-in & out process was very easy with free onsite parking. Great communication with condo owner. Our rental unit clean & comfortable with nice upgrades, coffee, water, & snacks. This is an older property, but still had a beautiful ocean view from balcony. Unfortunately Beach access in this area of Daytona Beach is not available four to recent hurricane. Nearby pier is currently being repaired. It’s sad to see, but I’m sure once completed will be good as new.

Summary: We are central Florida residents and although we know there were 2 big storms, had no idea they had hit Daytona area. The pool was destroyed as well as so many other things and that was very sad to see. Other than that the place was very clean and had everything anyone might need during a stay. The owner had great communication and although we couldn't use the pool or Beach we had a great stay. Would def stay again.
