Positive: The hotel is located close to the MRT line and there's a starbucks and 7-eleven within a short walking distance as well as some other restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view of the KLCC tower. The staffs were friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage until late night after check out. The melting pot restaurant was tasty

Negative: The electrical outlets could benefit from upgrades and better positioning. The bathroom would also be improved with the addition of towel hooks or hangers."

Positive: The room was ideal. The food was great for all meals from breakfast to dinner. The location was strategic for me who came to attend training which was taking place just across the road enabling me to walk to and from the training center. The location was also ideal for walking to nearby shopping malls.

Negative: The carpet in the room was not good for us with sinus allergies because i could pick a smell from it.

Summary: Overall my stay was good and i woudnt mind staying their again except for the carpet in the room

Positive: Great pool and buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. Just a short walk to the Petronas towers and monorail. Also within walking distance of a mall.
