Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Beautiful location. Good accommodations.

Negative: The 2 scorpions that crawled into the place. Ants on counter and in dishwasher. A bit far from usable beaches (to swim and snorkel). Beaches outside this property, although beautiful could not be swam in without risk of hurting my feet or legs because of the coral.

Summary: We had a restful stay and enjoyed the views

Positive: The house and grounds were immaculate. The lack of AC in the common areas was NOT an issue because when we got home every afternoon we would open all the exterior double doors and enjoy the amazing sea breeze. since both the front and back porch are screened in, insects were not an issue. The proximity to the beach was appreciated and we found tons of sea glass. The pool is small but big enough to cool off after a morning run and my kids loved it. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were helpful.

Negative: Not much to say negatively. The beds are a little on the soft side. The kitchen has adequate tools, but you can tell this is a rental property and not a family home that gets rented out part of the year. A mounted safe would be a welcome addition and give peace of mind, as each morning I had to hide our valuables.

Summary: Great family spot on the quieter, less cruise ship infested end of the island.
