The Conch House is located at mile marker 28.5 on Little Torch Key. You can dock your boat right in your own front yard!! The newly constructed cement L shaped dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat There are stakes to go between to get into the boat basin. The depth at high tide is 36” and 18” at low tide. The Conch House has a small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak or paddle board. There are 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment.

Summary: The house was very roomy with bathrooms for every bedroom! The kitchen was huge and allowed for multiple cooks. But there are so many fun restaurants that we mainly only prepared breakfast. Then we headed to the heated pool as it faced east and was shaded by 3pm. Time to clean up in the nicely appointed bathroom. I loved the teal tile in my shower. Big and luxurious! All fresh and ready for some close by good eats and live music! Well I’m a senior so I loved heading to a very comfy bed by 10pm! Repeat daily for a week.

Summary: Wonderful home, we wouldn’t change a thing! Very well maintained, great pool and beautiful garden! Amy and the owners were fantastic; location is close to shopping and restaurants. We stayed for two weeks and would have loved to stay longer.

Summary: The house was just as stated. Perfect for three couples. Kitchen/living room nice and big. Beautiful screened in porch around two sides. Pool area was nice but pool was shaded by 3:00pm. Many fun bars/restaurants close by. Kiki’s was within walking distance, band every night, good food and best key lime pie we had.
