Positive: Absolute gorgeous decor , looks like being in a fairytale ; the room was superb and details around the place were unbelievable; paintings , furniture , looks like being in a small German farmhouse. Absolutely incredible
Negative: Really to be honest, you need to have a car as the bus / train services are there but not as often as one would like as a tourist. Breakfast was amazing every day , diferent options; the restaurant for lunch and dinner , food wise was okay but expecting probably a bit more given the vibe of the place , but this is personal opinion really :) overall loved the stay
Summary: Gorgeous decorated place in a small village with a lot of history away from busy city.

Positive: Food is very good Pools are clean Staff General ambiance Rooms are nice and spacious
Negative: Breakfast used to have more options, we missed fresh fruit mostly. Having a part of the pool with really shallow water or installing a baby pool would be great. Our youngest daughter would have loved a place where she could play with water toys. The playgrounds have degraded a bit, they could use repairs/replacement. They have some wobbly parts and some screws sticking out. And on hot summer days, a place for kids to play in the shade would be lovely. Maybe consider installing some shade cloths over the playgrounds.
Summary: Our usual go-to for mountain trips

Positive: Personalul foarte drăguț. Ospătarului Paul ii mulțumim mult. Ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Curățenie. Patul foarte confortabil. Facilități și tot ce ai nevoie la îndemână. Mancare proaspata și adusa rapid. Foarte prietenoasa cazarea pentru copii mici. Toți ne-am simțit excelent. Copilul fericit.
Negative: Nu am. Totul a fost excelent.
