Positive: The restaurant was on the pricey side, but the food and overall experience were excellent. The spa, however, was truly amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
Negative: The rooms were significantly worse than they appeared in the pictures. Our room was worn and had an unpleasant smell. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the bathroom was very basic and not as clean as expected. Overall, the room did not meet the standard we were expecting based on the photos.
Summary: Great restaurant and amazing spa, but the rooms were disappointing and in need of improvement.

Positive: Great breakfast. A mix of modern and classic vibes. Parking space on site. Convenient access to Helsingør, Louisiana Museum, and Copenhagen. Also, very convenient to have a supermarket just around the corner.
Negative: Purely as a hotel, it felt it was lacking a little hospitality in the bathroom. Towels felt hard and worn, and no light in the shower booth.
Summary: Elegant and convenient.
