Positive: I love this hotel. Very good balance quality- money. The spa is amazing, best view, very clean, with 2 saunas, hamam and swimming pool. The traditional food from the restaurant was very good. My favourite is the bulz and the apple strudel.

Positive: The view of the mountains was beautiful, that's the only plus.

Negative: The location is rather odd. The only way to get there from the city is by taxi or car. It's in the mountains, but you can't hike there because the surrounding area is closed. The spa wasn't very good; the two sauna rooms and jakuzi were cold. The water in the swimming pool was cold. The only good thing was the outdoor hot tub. Breakfast was a la carte: eggs or scrambled eggs, and that's it. The room was tiny, two people could barely pass each other

Negative: It would have been nice to have had a kettle or coffee machine in the room but we appreciated the flask of hot water we were given. Bathroom was quite small given the lovely spacious bedroom and balcony overlooking the mountains

Summary: We were treated like royalty as we were one of very few guests as we stayed out of season. Shame we only had one night
