Positive: The view is great. There were a few items that need to be added to the kitchen, i.e., more pots and pans for those that want to cook. The one smaller pot does not have a lid that matches up which made it very difficult to make rice. Generally, it is a nice place.

Negative: There is currently construction going on that woke me up EVERY SINGLE MORNING at 6:00 am. NOT what you want on vacation. Also, the fumes from paint made it impossible on 6 of the 7 days to be able to sit outside because the fumes were so bad. Also, because of the incessant construction noise, there was only one day of 7, we were able to even hear the water, which is why I selected this location. I WANT TO HEAR THE CALMING SOUND OF THE WATER. Additionally, my car was absolutely filthy when I left because of sawdust, etc., floating around in the air. At what appears to be full price I was charged, it seems that there would have been some discount or warning that there was construction going on prior to my paying and arriving to discover this on my own. But for the construction, my review would probably be better. I was not pleased that I was not informed about the construction or given a discount as a result thereof. I highly recommend checking to see if construction is still going on prior to your arrival.

Positive: View was amazing, layout of the property was excellent. . A little to cold to swim, although we tried haha. ! Early riser, enjoyed the sun rise. I lived in gulf shores for 1.5years at sand dollar. Love coming back here.

Negative: Really wanted to give a 10. Only issue was the floor was so dirty. Definitely was swept didn’t seem like it was mopped at all! Sorry for the dirty towels, had tk use to wipe our feet so much.

Summary: Really good. Will be coming back. Hopefully clean floors

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the apartment was great. The location was also very nice.

Negative: The ceiling fan didn't work and neighbors above us kept making noise at night.

Summary: Very nice, but a little too expensive for what we recieved.
